* Our collection and drop-off days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 4 PM to 8 PM, with a turnaround time of 48 hours. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot provide a specific time for drop-offs, as other customers may also be on our route.

* To ensure a smooth experience, we ask that customers book their collection slot at least 48 hours in advance. This advance notice helps us avoid any potential disappointment regarding availability.

* When you book a collection for your laundry, please keep in mind that your clothes will be returned to you within 48 hours. If you will not be home during our scheduled drop-off times, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so we can arrange an alternative time and date for your ironing to be delivered. Should there be a situation you may not be home during our drop off hours and failing to let us know, a small "not home" fee will be applied to your bill to cover our travel costs and time spent.

* On the return of your ironing, payment can be made directly to Chris or Vanda, via cash or bank transfer, with a detailed bill that outlines your costs. It is essential to ensure that you are ready to pay the total amount in full upon the delivery of your ironing. Please be aware that if payment is not completed at that time, a “late pay” fee will be applied to your outstanding bill. To avoid any additional charges, kindly prepare for this payment in advance.

* To ensure a seamless experience and avoid any disappointment, consider becoming a regular customer by booking pickups weekly or fortnightly. This arrangement comes with the benefit of a guaranteed slot. However, should you need to cancel a pickup on our scheduled dates, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance. This notice will help us manage our schedule effectively and prevent any unnecessary trips.
