Self drop off and collection -

Our self drop-off and collection system is designed to be as convenient as possible.

Simply check our opening times and visit our shop, where you will find a short stay, free parking for your ease. Once you arrive, you can hand your items to a member of our Extra Hands team on that same day.

Schedule a collection time and date that works for you, and don't worry about payment, you wont need to pay a penny until your items are collected. Enjoy a hassle-free experience with our streamlined process, ensuring that your needs are met with minimal effort.

Home pick up and drop off -

Our pickup and drop-off service is designed to help you with your busy schedules. If you are an exciting customer, as you already know, just contact Vanda and arrange your collection date.

If you are a new customer, firstly welcome. You can easily arrange this service by visiting our contact page, arranging your collection date and providing your home address. Our collection and delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 4 PM and 8 PM.

We offer FREE delivery to our local customers if you spend over £12 on our laundry and ironing services. If this amount isn't reached, we will apply a small delivery fee depending on the distance.

Simply give us a call to set up a collection date. The best part is, you won't need to pay anything until your items are returned just 48 hours later, along with a detailed bill.

Laundry -

Our laundry service offers convenience tailored to your needs, whether you prefer us to pick up from your home or you would prefer to drop off to our shop, we do our very best to accommodate to the scheduled time and date of collection or drop off.

As a local business committed to supporting our community, we kindly encourage cash payments whenever possible. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, ensuring that our services remain efficient and beneficial for everyone involved.

While we generally prefer cash, we understand that this isn't always feasible for everyone. Therefore, we offer alternatives for your convenience. In-store, you can use card payments or Apple Pay. If you prefer to pay by card upon delivery, please note that this will require a bank transfer.
